關於我們 About

為培養高等教育師生良好的學術倫理涵養,確保學術活動的合宜性及合法性,以精進學術研究品質,教育部於103年起推動「校園學術倫理教育與機制發展計畫」。本計畫扮演我國學術倫理教育之先導角色,現行要務為蒐集相關資訊、檢視及分析國內外學術環境中之不當行為,並開發學術倫理教育之課程內容,製作數位教材,以充實學術倫理教學資源。

To legally protect human subjects’ rights and to avoid inappropriate research conduct, the Human Subject Research Act was established by the Ministry of Health and Welfare of the Taiwanese government in 2011. It is noteworthy, however, that research ethics concern not only with human subject experiments but also with issues such as data manipulation, plagiarism, and conflicts of interest. Without adequate understanding about funding application and research conduct, college faculty and researchers of academic institutes could cause problems during project execution, be incompetent to foster students’ responsible research conduct and attitudes, and fail to improve citizens’ confidence in and awareness of research ethics. Hence, to establish an implementation mechanism of research ethics education in Taiwan’s higher education to foster college students’ appropriate understanding and practice of responsible research conduct becomes crucial.
